Received a lovely bouquet, teddy bear and chocolates from an out state friend who used Door Dash to order. The flowers are gorgeous and displayed beautifully with the the teddy bear and chocolates. The delivery drive was very nice and polite.
I ordered a flower arrangement for delivery through DoorDash because that is what it states to do on their business website. Then I find out through the DoorDash driver that the business is closed even though their website hours say that they are open. I called the shop and the gentleman who I spoke with was extremely rude Stating that when the temperature is over 85° they close the shop. However, I was still able to order through DoorDash and obviously had no knowledge that they were closed. The gentleman did not seem empathetic at all and could not care less about my issue. I will not be ordering flowers from the shop again.
As funeral directors we have always been impressed with the presentation and the quality of flowers from St. John's Florist. Families comment on how reasonable their prices are as well. They are on time with deliveries and very consistent with the presentation and customer service.
This is a very sentimental place for me and today I received such an amazing surprise after my purchase. Thank you so much for your kindness. 💛 yellow rose.
Prices excellent!!! For any occasions!! Even funerals, and when I say pricing is definitely in budget! I’ve grown up in the area. And yes it’s a family business,it’s almost one of the last places that make me feel like the olds days, nice personable!! I can go on and on for days! Nice hand picked flowers, and will have close to your hearts desire!!! A must visit, please share and support
