We had an emergency electrical repair where our hydro had to be turned off until our burnt out meter was replaced. This was during The 2026 January Polar Vortex. It was 3pm on a Friday and Stack Electric had our furnace and lights on by 6:30pm. Thank you Kevin and Stacey!!!
Kevin and Tracie were phenomenal with their care and service! My wall outlets were feeling warm and I could smell some odors coming out of the outlets. I called on New Year’s Day and they were able to come by the next day to check out the issue and fix the electrical issues. They were both very kind, listened and explained what was happening very thoroughly. They were both excellent and will absolutely call them again if there are any other electrical issues!

No problem giving them 5 stars. Stacy and Kevin and crew recently brought light into our dark and sad condo hallways. The results were perfect. They communicate clearly and offer excellent service at a reasonable cost. What more could you ask for.
Kevin and Tracie are very professional. They are timely, efficient, and incredibly honest people. They originally came as we heard buzzing in our electrical panel, and I was concerned. On the phone, Kevin walked me through the basics of what I could independently do for safety, and then he and Tracie arrived the next day. While they were here, they patiently answered all my questions, and took the time to walk us through the process. When I asked about options and upgrades, Kevin was very honest about what I would need versus what I could do. I never felt like he was trying to upsell services. When it came to the panel installation itself, Kevin and Tracie were phenomenal. They arrived early, but respected the agreed upon start time. They let me watch the whole process, and once again, answered all my questions. I felt like I learned a lot through the entire service. After they installed our new panel, they went through the entire house and ID'd each breaker, which was incredibly helpful! Without a doubt, I will call them again for any electrical concerns or upgrades, and I would 100% recommend Kevin and Tracie. Thank you both for your expertise, knowledge, and kindness! It was a pleasure!
