We had a MacBook Pro laptop accident that left the keys super sticky from caramel (coffee drink spill). The staff at Star were fantastic. They ended up replacing the keyboard and even cleaned out the dust and such from the machine. We got the fixed machine back in a day! It looks great and more importantly it works great. It is like the accident never happened. Great staff, great service!!!
5 outa 5 stars. I broke my phone screen and was panicking because I had no alternative for the weekend. It was imperative I had my phone due to work reasons. It broke in the weekend and no other phone store had the capability to fix it after 7. I went here to lakeline mall and they fixed my phone or said it would take 2 days. In 15 min my phone was fixed and at only 200 dollars when others were quoting me 270 to 300 bucks. I could have bought a new phone with that price. The man at the counter was very kind and after I went back for a screen protector and he applied it for me. I would've given him 100 stars if I could because he treated my problems with respect and confidence. Over all great experience and would 100% go back for any other issues.
