Very happy with our service today! Matt & Michael were courteous and efficient. Our stairs take a lot of traffic with toddlers and a golden retriever. They made the carpets look brand new and got rid of some stubborn pet stains. An easy booking process with fast availability.
Can’t recommend Zach R & the Steam Master Cleaning company enough! We called and within 2 hours of that call, not only was the estimate visit complete but the entire service was done and my mom’s mattress was clean once again. The stains and odors I thought were permanent came out completely, and everything looks and smells fresh again. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. I am beyond satisfied with the service LJ provided me with. He was very personable and professional. The fact that he is a cat person was a plus, lol. He provided me with multiple options and gave me his honest opinion with what my couch needed and did not try to oversell unnecessary components. I will 100% return for my carpet to be cleaned next.
