These guys were really great! They moved us from Brantford to Hamilton. Tyler was really responsive and made me feel reassured. He had great suggestions for my stressful move and the 2 other guys were also really gracious.
Tyler and his team were absolutely incredible with our move. They arrived on time both days, and were super efficient. I have a number of fragile items and large mirrors. They were packed up safely and moved with care. I also had a number of large tropical plants that required moving, and not even one leaf was damaged. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Top notch service & professionalism.
These guys were great to work with. Quoted a fair price for our move. Showed up on time. Worked really hard. Remembered where everything was in the old house and knew where to put it the new house. Genuinely good guys that work hard, fast and efficient. I’ll recommend them to anyone!
Trust me when I say this. Don't even shop around, just go straight to steel city, movers. I used them early July 2025 and it was the best decision. Great communication, showed up on time, handled all of my furniture and fragile items with care. My walls were in tact as well. Not even a small ding which I was fully expecting with moving heavy furniture. Fairly priced as well. I couldn't be happier.
I can't express enough the amazing service I received from Tyler and Steel City Movers. Put me at ease the first second I spoke to Tyler. Came over with a realistic evaluation and kept in touch throughout, incl calling 2 days before to make sure about everything and confirm. The 3 gentleman pulled up exactly on time and worked with lightening speed. Took no breaks which meant it also saved my wallet. They made a task so stressful seem at ease which put me at ease. They followed instructions and treated myself, my home, and belongings with respect. I hope I don't ever have to move again, but if I do I will use Tyler and his team? Sincerely, Laura
