Buying flowers for your mom’s memorial service isn’t something anyone wants to do. We realized as we pulled into the parking lot maybe we should’ve made an appointment. The staff helped us on the spot without mentioning an appt at all and were professional, caring, and attentive to detail. I really wanted something that didn’t feel “funeral-esque” that felt more cheery and something mom would have liked. What arrived was amazing, they nailed it! I ordered a valentine bouquet, at first glance, the flowers were beautiful. Upon further inspection, the flowers were wilted and has brown on them. For $150, I expected fresh, beautiful flowers. Never again!!
