Mark, the owner of this and old state saloon seems to have brought his California attitude to our beautiful state. Guy is short tempered and shoves you away if you dont have enough guests. We are willing to pay, but he is just too much of a big shot for a wedding of 20-25 people. Jason was taking care of us until mark bought the place. Now no one answers phones, only texting and very rude at that. We were told that weddings for 20 people isnt "financially feasible" and for us to have "good luck" finding a new venue. Why not just give us a price? Apparently we are scrubs since we only want to spend $10k-15k for a wedding. We used to support your bar and wanted to support more by using this venue. We will take our money somewhere else. Rude old man
Stone Crossing is truly a gem of a venue and an absolute dream for any wedding videographer. The first look on their fairytale bridge over the man-made pond is nothing short of magical, with breathtaking mountain views serving as the backdrop. It's one of those moments that captures the romance and beauty of a wedding day perfectly. The venue offers so much variety, from the garden gazebo to the stunning stonewalled ballroom inside the great house. Every corner is meticulously designed, making it easy to find picture-perfect spots for both video and photography. The outdoor fire pit, dark sky stargazing, and proximity to natural beauty like Stack Rock and Bogus Basin add to its charm, offering a little something for everyone. Stone Crossing is an incredible space for couples looking for both elegance and natural beauty, and I can’t wait to film there again!
WHAT A FABULOUS DAY...AND NIGHT! GROUNDS & VIEWS ARE SO STUNNING! Everyone we ran into was great... HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE GM, THE EVENT COORDINATOR AND THE SERVERS FOR MAKING THIS AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENT! OUR SON & DAUGHTER IN LAWS WEDDING WAS THE BEST EVER! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE! 🎉🙏😘
We loved having the opportunity to photograph and film a wedding at Stone Crossing this past fall. It is such a beautiful venue with many different areas to hold the ceremony, as well as spaces for portraits with varying looks. Both the groom and bridal suites are beautifully done and have lots of natural light that can be let in, which we appreciate. We hope to be back capturing many more weddings here in the future!
This venue is eclectic and cool! We hosted an event with 50 adults and 25+ children for a Christmas party and it worked out perfectly! We created children's activities in the downstairs arcade and projector rooms, a karaoke stage on the entry level, and food and beverage services at the bar / dining level. The booking process was easy and our expectations were met entirely!
