I’ve been coming to Studio 45 for about a week now and have been really enjoying it! Every instructor I’ve taken has been amazing, and I love how each class brings different variations so it never feels repetitive. The workouts are definitely challenging in the best way and keep me coming back. The studio itself has such good vibes, and the music during class has been on point. If you’re looking for a challenging workout with great energy, I can’t recommend this place enough! The burn is SO good!!
Challenging workout, great teachers, nice studio. I had done several years of traditional Pilates before attending this studio and it was a nice change-up and challenge. What keeps me coming back is how hard and humbling the workout is while still making me feel strong and accomplished. It's quite a mix that motivates me to keep coming back and feel the results (which you can pretty quickly if you attend with regularity).
Studio 45 on Division is incredible! The instructors are all super motivating and knowledgeable, and the routines are no joke — every class is a full-body challenge in the best way. The workouts push you to your limit but leave you feeling so strong. Highly recommend if you’re looking to level up your Lagree game!
It's past time for me to get fit, and I'm so glad a friend recommended Studio 45. I started with two private lessons to get the hang of the machines, and loved my instructor Kim! Now I'm a few classes in and grateful for this refined and intense workout that leaves me sore —and wanting more. Two thumbs up!
I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Studio 45! I started with the two-week trial and was instantly hooked; it didn’t take long before I signed up for a membership. One of the best parts is the flexibility to attend classes at any of their locations, though I find myself at the Division studio most often. As someone new to Pilates, I couldn’t have found a better place to start. The instructors are all incredible, motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I’ve taken classes with a variety of them, and while it’s hard to pick a favorite, I especially enjoy classes with Annabelle and Ashley B. Ashley H is also fantastic whenever she covers, and I recently discovered Kim, she’s amazing too! Every class leaves me feeling energized, happy, and challenged in the best way. The workouts aren’t easy, but that’s exactly what I love about them. Each session pushes me to grow, get stronger, and improve a little more every time. Studio 45 has created such a welcoming and empowering environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering trying Pilates, you’ll be in great hands and part of an awesome community!
