Studio Fit U completely changed my relationship with fitness. It really helped me start my fitness journey and gave me the motivation to move a little bit every day. It’s a great place not only to train, but to train properly. I’ve had knee issues, and my trainer, James, was amazing at adapting my workouts so I could still make progress safely without pain. He truly know how to work with injuries while still pushing you. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, the equipment is always super clean, and the overall vibe makes you want to come back. Without Studio Fit U and James, I honestly would have never seen the results I have today. Highly recommend!
I’ve never really been a 'gym guy,' mostly because of some old injuries that always made me hesitant to push myself. However, training at Fit U with Sara has completely changed that for me. Sara is exceptionally good at her job. What sets her apart is her deep knowledge of the human body; she took the time to understand my past injuries and found the exact adjustments needed to keep me moving without any pain. For the first time, I feel like I can work out safely and effectively. Beyond the physical training, she’s also provided great eating strategies that are realistic and easy to follow. The gym itself has a great environment, but Sara’s expertise is what makes the experience stand out. If you have injuries or hesitations about fitness, I can’t recommend her enough!
My husband and I have been training at Studio Fit U for three months now. We dislike traditional gyms but appreciate the feel of Studio Fit U. We each have our personal trainer who focuses on our individual goals and constraints, and tailors our training programs accordingly. We feel motivated, supported and comfortable. I visited Studio Fit U for the first time as someone unfamiliar with the gym and lacking any knowledge. After my program ended I left feeling more educated and prepared to exercise with proper form, a significant concern for me as I started working out around my trainer. Over time, the studio addressed many of my issues and improved areas I sought to enhance. What I appreciate most is their commitment to assisting clients. Despite their large client base, their primary goal is to support each individual as if they were their sole client. They genuinely strive to improve clients’ self-esteem and do not judge. Studio Fit U and the team there have helped create a truly LIFE-CHANGING experience. I’ve been training with Adam Rich for five months now, and the difference has been incredible. Five years ago, I was bedridden for over a year and a half due to chronic migraines, severe nerve and neck pain and complications. Even talking or holding my head up was painful, and walking took effort. Though I slowly improved over time, I was left with daily pain and limited mobility. I hadn’t moved my neck freely in five years, and every attempt to exercise led to flare-ups that kept setting me back. I didn’t know how to rebuild safely and I developed a deep fear of movement. Within just three months, I was moving my neck pain-free for the first time in years! I began lifting, building confidence, and exercising regularly. My pain decreased dramatically, my daily activities became easier, and I continue to get stronger every week.
