The studio is warm and welcoming, as are the instructors. Pilates here feels challenging without being intimidating, even for someone new to fitness. There's a genuine sense of belonging in the space that makes showing up feel natural, and makes the practice feel truly sustainable :)
I live part time in Saint Henri and was looking for a new exercise routine to kickstart 2026. “Moving Just Fine” was the perfect spot, 2 block walk, next to a cafe for my early morning caffeine. I immediately signed up for the week package and loved the mat classes but especially enjoyed Katherine’s Reformer class. Now my favorite space to reconnect with my mobility, mindspace, health, in a beautiful space near my pied a terre. Merci, Janice
its such a pleasant place to be! the instructors are very kind and patient, but the workout is still challenging. I definitely recommend this studio! I've tried my fair share of pilates studios but this one stands out to me because I truly feel I can engage fully into pilates and understand it better with their classes.
I have been a member here since April and I am absolutely in love with the studio! Beautiful, clean and cute - the space is great for my every day practice and I love the array of classes they offer. Every single instructor I've had the joy of meeting has been so sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. I will say, my favourite thing about this studio is that they teach Pilates in a non pretentious way - all bodies and levels of strength are welcome. Highly recommend :)
I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio for about a year, and in that time I have solved a lot of problems with my daily movement. My chronic hip problems and calf muscle spasms have gone away. The teachers at MJF are so knowledgeable and dedicated, while also being so open and inclusive. I look forward to every class and leave feeling so much better, more connected and grounded. Great for all levels and lifestyles. If I could give a 6th star I would.
