I love the beginner-friendly classes and that they offer the flexibility to continue on with a group that is all at the same level before progressing to "regular" classes. The environment is warm, welcoming and inclusive, suitable for all ages, body types and abilities. Jen is a wonderful, kind teacher who is able to adapt movements and classes to suit the abilities and/or limitations of each participant.
It was a wonderful moment for real. Instructors are professional and they are all kind and nice. Studio is cozy so I could focus on my body. The reason why I wanted to pilates was I would like to make a good posture. I took some private lessons before I jump into the reformer class, and I found that I look very beautiful when I saw the mirror! (😀😀) Even though I am a slow learner, but all of staff members helped me to follow the process and adjust my posture. They are actually looking at me! 👀👀👀 Not only reformer, but they also have the barre class which is my favourite as well. They have some various classes, so I love it😉 You know sometimes you feel bored to take just one same class, but they have something new classes so you cannot be lazy 💃🕺 I really love this place and I will be back this coming March 100%! 🩷🩷 -Tessa
Zee Pilates is an incredible studio, complete with a really positive vibe. Reformer pilates with Jen Baird has been nothing short of amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, patient and supportive; an absolute pleasure to have guiding our way.
Absolutely loved the semi-private reformer Pilates class. Jen created such a welcoming vibe and offered great cues that helped me feel the muscles I’m supposed to target correctly. The class was structured with a great balance of Pilates breath work, challenging core stabilization, mobility and strengthening exercises. Jen provided individualized corrections and hands on assistance which was very helpful. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning for another class!
I have been attending mat classes at this studio for nearly 1 year. There are small class sizes which means the teachers can provide individual assistance. This ensures all students can participate fully and safely without injury. The teachers are also incredibly knowledgeable; providing exceptional instruction. Well worth the money, it has helped me manage chronic neck and back pain. I always walk out feeling better.
