Working with Shawna and her incredible team at Styleberry Creative was such an awesome experience! I reached out to her with no clue at all about what I wanted or needed. She asked the perfect questions to help tease out what my goals/desires were for our home. And then, like MAGIC, I was presented with a clean, modern, welcoming, fresh interior that I LOVE. We have been in our newly-refreshed home for over a year now and I still gaze around it in awe of what she accomplished. I recommend her to everyone I meet who is considering renovating. I have worked with Styleberry on 2 huge projects over the last few years. Their process from start to finish produced home designs that matched my wishes exactly and stayed in budget. After paying other designers who just wanted to furnish my house to look good on Pinterest, I switched to Styleberry who actually cared about what I wanted and delivered. They are amazingly professional interior designers and we have already contracted them for a third project in Texas. I would not hesitate to recommend the whole team at Styleberry.

Working with Styleberry for our extensive home remodel was one of the greatest joys of our home-ownership experience. Shawna listened to our dreams, opened up our thinking to new possibilities, and then created a vision for our home that exceeded our expectations. The final product has left us abundantly grateful. The house is gorgeous, and we’re already planning future projects with the help of the Styleberry team. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Styleberry delivered an unachievable design for my budget. I reminded the team of my $50k budget at every touchpoint, even stating that I was surprised the design they were proposing fit in my budget. After taking their design to multiple contractors, it was obvious that the Styleberry design was nowhere near my budget. (Quotes came in at about 1.5x - 2x my budget.) I spoke to the owner about my concerns. She defended the design, blamed the budget creep on me, and was a bit condescending about my unwillingness to find extra budget to achieve their design. As a solution, she recommended that I pay Styleberry MORE money so they could adjust their design to fit my (unchanged) requirements on budget. In the end, the $5k that I spent on their design services were largely wasted. I had to find a new company to complete my remodel (who WAS able to achieve a great outcome within budget). I believe that Styleberry shirked their responsibility to guide the design to fit my budget, thereby wasting my time and money. I had been thrilled to work with Styleberry, very much enjoyed meeting the designers, and was left all the more disappointed by the outcomes. (Prior to this review, I provided the above feedback to Styleberry and received no response.)
