I paid for my next service at my last service, she told me she was relocating and will send out an email. (Whatever that meant) I emailed and texted, got no reply. I pretty easy going client. Never heard back from her and never got my money back. Poor communication, weird way to get rid of clients. I also tipped every time and paid for my next wax at in advance. Also, if you call the place, no one very answers and they get back to you later on. Still have not gotten my money back or heard back from Ashley. It’s not about the money, but at least communicate don’t just ghost people. We also have schedules and vacations to plan based off the wax appointment. Anyways, found a new waxer! :)

I have been a SugaredCoated client since 2021 and won't ever change up! I had a terrible 1st wax experience from another business and was scared to try again. I was referred to Ashley/SugaredCoated because of her calmness and professionalism. At my first appointment I let Ashley know my terrible experience and she let me know her process and what to expect. Throughout the appointment, she talked me through the steps and kept me engaged aka distracted so I focused less on any discomfort I may feel. Since then, I have been going monthly! I get a Brazilian wax and vajacial every single time! I have noticed a clear difference in the amount of ingrown hairs and overall smoothness. Ashley is amazing. She’s not only pleasant and sweet, she is also very knowledgeable. Anytime I have had a question or concern she has been able to assist me. The atmosphere at the shop is very calming and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I am a first time and last time customer of Sugarcoated! Ashley left long hairs that should have been removed based on the service I selected. Her technique has resulted in me applying ointment to soothe my skin. Despite having called, texted, and emailed over the last two weeks to discuss my experience, Ashley has never responded. Needless to say, I do not recommend Sugarcoated.
