Anthony was up front and stright with me about the repairs and helped me with Car Shield. I was keep informed of the status of the repairs and my vehicle was ready for me to pick it up at the time given. Very good experience with Sun Auto.
Love the customer service. Staff seem so much happier compared to the last 3 times I took my cars there. New management makes a huge difference. New store manager Anthony& manager Trey are very professional & nice. They even gave me a call when my car was done. That didn't happen before under old management; before I had to call to get updates though I didnt mind but it still helps to get a phone call. Extremely happy with the service I just got on my car today& looking forward to going there again for all my car needs.
Took my truck there it was overheating they replaced pretty much everything they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. It took them almost a month to try to find out the problem and finally they said it was the head gasket leak. So I said okay go ahead and do it. 3 weeks has passed and they still didn’t even started fixing it so I pulled out my truck and decided to go somewhere else. I went to the dealer and come to find out it was the transmission.
An absolute nightmare they let us leave with the vehicle, not inspecting it not doing a test drive on it before they released it as we took off the vehicle began to shake when we called. They said it was after business hours. Bring it back in the morning then they continue to call 10 times after-hours asking can they come to my home with my three young daughters at home no not at nine at night to fix it !I’m so sorry unprofessional ridiculous. !!!!!!I will not be returning. We continue on in the morning to get the vehicle fixed and they had to run over across the street to Firestone to get the bolts that they need to put my vehicle back together. no apologies no, let me give you a discount. No nothing $1700 worth of BS.!!!!
