I’ve been going to Fit Body Sunnyvale for a while now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The 30-minute workouts are perfect for my busy schedule, offering a high-intensity, full-body workout in just half an hour. Sondra, the trainer, is absolutely fantastic! She’s motivating, knowledgeable, and pushes you to do your best while making sure your form is on point. The sessions are challenging but fun, and Sondra’s energy keeps everyone going strong. The gym itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for effective workouts with an awesome trainer like Sondra, Fit Body Sunnyvale is the place to be! I had zero sense of direction or motivation when I would go to the gym on my own. Here, Coach Sondra and Coach T have been phenomenal. The workouts are always challenging for me, but like Coach Sondra says-if you don’t push yourself to level up, you can’t increase your strength. They know you by name here which is very nice. The group feels like a family, and I love it. The trainers keep you motivated and encourage you every step of the way, plus the availability of times and days will work with anyones schedule.
