I took my 5 year old grandson in for a haircut. I showed the stylist some pictures of what he wanted. (Basically a fade.)The poor kid spent over an hour in the chair while she kept taking off tiny bits of hair, asking one of the other stylists for help, and taking off more tiny bits of hair. This is the final product: the front is ragged and the sides don't even match. I had to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. I have gotten my hair cut here for years and have taken my grandkids here for haircuts many times. This is the first bad experience we've had, but it's a doozy.
Went to this Supercuts at 501 Carrol St, Fort Worth for a much needed haircut. Have been busy taking care of my ill husband. April took care of me and did a wonderful job! I’m so happy with the end result! She listened to what I want and I listened to her input as well. A great collaboration. April demonstrated an excellent customer service attitude. She’s a very caring young lady producing excellent results for her clients. Thank you, Ms April! Hope to see you again! I’ll be back!
BEST experience ever!! So hard to find a new place.. read some reviews, made an appointment, knew no one here. Karina was AMAZING!!!! Did everything I asked however I instantly felt I could trust her and gave her free will for my cut and style!! SOOOO happy! Found the best stylist in DFW!! Thank you Karina!! My hair has never looked better!!
I regret having to leave this rating but it’s my truth. About two years ago, I’ve visited this location before for a trim and layers. It wanted another cut (bob) with layers. I called the location to ask if they had any stylist in today that was comfortable cutting black hair. I was told they had two so I went over. I explained and showed the stylist what I was looking for. She started in the back with the layers. When she started with my sides I thought she was simply layering my bangs. After the cut, I ask for my hair to be curled. She barely bumped my ends. I literally left there looking like Dora the Explorer! I was so disappointed! It was not a straight in the back and it looked choppy. I had to come home and had my husband clean it up better! Needless to say, Supercuts needs to be more diverse in the services provided for African American women. I went to one location before this one (North Richland Hills), they didn’t have anyone available/comfortable servicing my hair.
I’ve brought my daughter to Karina for a second time, and once again, she did a fantastic job! Not only was the haircut perfect, but Karina also gave great advice on how to maintain healthy hair. We’re definitely coming back for future appointments! 4 inches off!
