They were responsive and professional throughout the quote process, scheduled the work quickly, and used high-quality materials. Superior Fence and Rail couldn’t be more appropriately named. I’m delighted with my new metal fence and gate! The replacement is far better looking & more substantial than its predecessor installed 25 years ago. That fencing rusted through at its base and was literally falling down. I was in desperate need for a replacement but several companies I contacted didn’t do the kind of work I needed to have done. A neighbor had a beautiful metal fence recently installed and I had spoken to two of the installers during the process—I’d been impressed with their work. Later I asked the home owner if she was pleased with the result (she was) and for the firm’s contact information. Superior’s estimator arrived on time for our appointment, understood what I wanted, mapped out what would be done and submitted a plan. I was pleased with what he proposed and agreed with the price which was fair and less than I’d expected (probably shouldn’t say that!). He showed up the first day of the project to describe to the installers exactly what should be done—and they delivered! They provided something even better than I hoped. The three installers worked efficiently, pleasant to have around and quiet, so quiet in fact, I checked a few times to make certain they were still here! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of their work and how quickly it was accomplished. Your entire operation was a wonderful surprise in every respect. Thank you all, including office staff. Each of you is an outstanding representative for your company—SUPERIOR in every way! How I wish ALL companies conducted their business as you do.

Ashley was very helpful with the fence and gate design, working with me to design an attractive and practical option while keeping the price down. The installation crew worked a 12-hour day to finish the project, and all involved were courteous, pleasant and hard-working. They cleaned up thoroughly once the installation was complete, using flashlights in the dark to ensure all was spotless. I would highly recommend this company.
