Over the years I think this place has lost there 2nd hand charm it use to be a gold mind of things but now somehow I don't feel that they are the same
Horrible customer service. I spent 20 minutes carefully picking things out behind the counter. The girl said "you have to come back here to buy them though." I said "fine, thank you," and finished my shopping. In the meantime, she sold my items to another customer. Such a waste of my time! Then she wanted to argue with me about it and tried to blame me for walking away too fast...I was literally standing there for 20 minutes.
One of my all time favorite thrift stores. We go there 2 or 3 times per month and rarely leave empty handed. The boutique counter and electronics counter always have cool and unique things.
The security guard has horrible communication & it looking for an argument! As I was walking in I was looking for a “no food or drink” sign. I didn’t see one so I proceeded in. As soon as I step one foot inside with my Dutch Bros drink yesterday the security guard starts yelling at me “NOOOOOOOO food or drinks inside.” I told him “You need to learn how to talk to people & not yell at people, there is a right way how to tell customers.” If my boy friend was with me he would’ve yelled back at him happily for raising his voice with me for no reason! You don’t talk to people like that especially in Stockton because things escalate quickly!
Superior Thrift is more than just my favorite thrift store, it is where I go for another project ... or favorite find!, Why waste time at less than superior thrift stores?, gas is too expensive!, Superior Thrift is my favorite one stop shop! ... Superior service, Superior quality, Superior assistance, even Superior discounts on the Superior quality products!, Superior Thrift! I know most of the store employees by name! ... I am a long time customer of Superior Thrift - all testimonials are NOT compensated ... The best compensation I receive are listed above! - the black speakers, were originally beat up, as they were bounced around, as P.A. speakers, and I turned them around 180° ... These speakers have been completed, with all new speakers, and better internal wiring ... With 12" Kicker COMP C woofers ... I thought I should add that!
