Kadie is a wonderful piano instructor. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and incredibly flexible with her teaching approach so it meets where I am in my journey. As an adult beginner the lessons include music theory, sight reading, composition, technique, and building a repertoire that is both current and traditional. I look forward to my lessons each week.

Miss Kadie has been a wonderful teacher for my now. 8-year-old grandson. We've worked with her for over a year and she is creative, flexible and professional. She's taught him the basics, but she's always found a way to adapt to his learning style. When dealing with a young musician. This is probably the most important quality. We look forward to her coming every week and plan to continue working with her.

Kadie has been an excellent instructor to get our child started with piano. Kadie's hallmarks are patience, calmness, and positivity. She fosters an appreciation of music, as well as a focus on good technique and practice habits. Within 6 months, our child developed enough confidence and ability to perform her first recital! Kadie's weekly lesson is one of the highlights of our week, and we're excited to continue the musical journey with her.

Kadie has been teaching our two girls piano for over three years. The growth in their skills and musicality has grown tremendously. During the pandemic, our youngest really blossomed as Kadie exposed her to different types of music. She has always played around on the piano and written small tones or played around with the style of pieces that she already knows. When Kadie decided to offer a song writing class, our daughter jumped at the chance to participate. Every day she is excited to share what she learned and what she composed in the class. We have seen her progress from creating simple melodies to more complex ones involving additional instruments. Kadie exposes her to theory, strengthens her understanding of storytelling, and continues to help her find her style. She enjoyed her first week so much that she asked to do a second! Kadie is a gifted teacher with vast musical experience who is truly invested in our children's growth.

My kids' love of music has come in a large part from Superpower of the Song! Kadie's extensive knowledge of music and ability to engage children in the process of creating their own music through playing the piano and other instruments, songwriting, singing and more, has given my kids a lifelong gift. Both my 11 year old son and 15 year old daughter choose Superpower of the Song music camp as their number one choice for the summer!
