Such a great experience!! I loved the new hands on mannequin skills test with the live feedback. It was incredibly helpful! A little sad though that there were no keychain masks, pens, or magnets.

Wonderful experience with clear instructions on how the process works. I was able to get everything completed in a few hours, including the skills part. Great when you need to get up to date quick! Highly recommend!

Very easy and convenient classes. I loved how it was at my pace and how the program walks you through every step. I feel that it was way more informative on my performance than regular class teacher evaluations. I will definitely be returning for my future renewals and recommended to others who are looking for a CPR class.

I needed my BLS certification ASAP and I’m so glad I found SureFire! I chose the hybrid option, which allowed me to complete the coursework entirely online and then sign up for an in-person skills session. The in-person portion is self-guided and instructorless, so you can go at your own pace, which I really appreciated. They offer hourly time slots and are open 24/7, which made it super convenient to fit into my schedule. I went to the Downtown LA location, and the directions and check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. One of the best parts was that as soon as I finished the skills session, my certification card was emailed to me immediately. Huge plus! They also offer free parking, which is always appreciated in LA. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because there’s a $30 rescheduling fee if you need to change your skills session date. They do offer a $10 “just in case” add-on when you initially book, but I personally think it should be included in the price since the course already costs $89. Overall, highly recommend SureFire if you need your BLS quickly and efficiently!
