Training with Jordan for the past year has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. She’s friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in my progress. Her encouraging approach makes every session fun, and she switches up the programming often enough that it never feels repetitive or boring. Jordan made strength training feel exciting instead of intimidating. I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident because of her! The SVPT gym is a well-maintained, high quality gym. The gym is well equipped and organized. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the facility in great condition.
I have been training with Caroline for a few years now. Right from the first meeting, she made me feel comfortable and heard. She has an easy, warm and approachable way about her. My training is always geared to what’s going on in my life. If I am going on a cycling trip, she creates a program to make sure that I have the strength and endurance for the long rides. When I’ve had an injury, she is able to adjust my program on the spot to help me heal, but not lose any of the progress I’ve made so far. She’s also great a knowing when to push me to do things I didn’t think I could do😊I highly recommend Caroline as a personal trainer, she’s awesome!
For the past year, I have been taking both personal and partner training with Jordan G at SVPT. My primary goal has been to increase strength and fitness, lift heavy (for me) and remain injury free. Jordan is a fantastic trainer. She is knowledgeable, dependable, and awesome to work with! Additionally, both of my older kids have joined me in partner sessions, and Jordan was very skilled at tailoring our workouts to meet each of our individual needs. The SVPT facility itself is always clean, well equipped and has a very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend SVPT to anyone, regardless of their age or fitness level.
I came in with a very specific goal and a few limitations. Those were discussed on my first visit and since then my trainer (Scott) has made custom workouts that hit the right areas while working around limitations. Very positive and encouraging and the workouts change up often enough to stay interesting. The facility is clean and it is nice that it’s not super busy. I’d recommend SVPT and Scott without hesitation.
I have been training at SVPT since July 2025. After many years away from the gym, I was initially apprehensive, but working with Sarah quickly changed that. She is highly knowledgeable, provides excellent guidance on form and technique, and ensures each session is comfortable and effective. I look forward to continuing my progress with her support.
