I’ve had absolutely a great experience with Sweetwater Hot tubez. For the last three years, I’ve been buying all my chemical from them. They are always willing to explain and help you on all aspects of hot tubs and spas. their employees are very personable and knowledgeable.
We recently purchased a Caldera Cantabria from Sweet Water Hotubz and it is amazing. We use it daily to relax and to take away small aches and pains. The folks at Sweer Water HotTubz are great to work with and are always willing to help with any and all issue. Highly recommended.
My review is based on the service department. I've had them out numerous times for some pump problems, and they have been a 5 star group to work with. In particular, Gilbert, who is one of their technicians, has always been the guy to come out. His knowledge, customer care and attention to is second to none. If all their technicians are like Gilbert, they have one hell of a set of technicians!! I enjoy having him out here! Thank you, Gilbert!!
After visiting several spa vendors and doing research, we decided that Sweetwater Hot Tubs was THE place to purchase our first-ever tub! Although we walked in 15 minutes prior to the store closing, Kasey spent almost an hour with us. She provided personal testimony on spas and never pressured us to buy. She was very transparent on pricing. It truly seemed that she loved the products and the company. We scheduled the delivery of the tub about a week and a half after the purchase. Five guys showed up to discuss location, orientation, electrical installation, and set up. They placed the tub exactly where we wanted it, moving it little by little so I could determine the perfect spot! They were all extremely kind, respectful and full of joy. Jason loved our chickens so much that he took a photo of the hens, our new hot tub and me! See attached photo for a giggle. They seemed sincerely excited for us and the enjoyment they knew we were going to experience with the hot tub. We have the electrician coming this week and we cannot wait to fill the tub and enjoy the relaxation and health benefits. So far, we highly recommend Sweetwater Hot Tubs; what a great group of people!!! We will report back in a few months with a follow up once we get to use the tub.
