Leah has given me 3 amazing haircuts over the past year. I don’t do color or anything, just a medium-length haircut with layers and bang trim, and it has turned out so stunning every time. The layers grow out so beautifully over the months after the haircut. The price is comparable to other salons in the area. Highly recommend!
Kaylynn is truly great. After 2 years in Phoenix and way too many bad experiences that wrecked my hair, cost a serious load of cash and left me constantly frustrated especially bc all I wanted was a lived in non yellow blonde, I thankfully found Swoon and Kaylynn. My natural hair color is dark blonde that goes gold if it isn’t lifted enough. I have always only needed moderate highlights with the very occasional low lights. I love that this salon and Kaylynn specialize in lived in blondes which is my happy place. The salon is also so boho chic cozy and all the staff is welcoming. The building has a couple of other shops in it too they are nice to peruse. .
I came to Swoon with a tall order and a challenging natural hair tone. I wanted a combination of light and dark color and a less traditional bob type cut. Brittany, who is also the owner, welcomed my ideas with a very wise transition plan to ensure the dramatic color could be achieved without damaging my fine curly hair. See the pictures to see the amazing result by Brittany. She is very talented and knowledgeable. It was so enjoyable to be at Swoon for hours of color processing. All of the people in the Salon are incredible professionals, thoughtful, easy to talk with and very accepting of who you are. On top of the high rating for Swoon, there are fabulous niche shops within the building where Swoon is located. Must visit Yumi's coffee shop! But that's a different review.
I highly recommend Stephanie, she really does pay attention to detail & my wants. I’m always super happy with my hair & she goes above & beyond to educate me on hair care. Everyone I’ve encountered here has also been super kind including the front desk! Thanks to the team for being awesome.
The salon is absolutely beautiful—so cozy and calming! ✨ I had Brittany do my hair, and it was 100% worth the drive from Yuma to Phoenix. She brought my hair back to life with the perfect warmth and brightness it needed—I couldn’t be happier! On top of that, she’s the sweetest—she let me talk her ear off and still joined right in with my rambling conversations. I loved every bit of the experience, and I already booked my next appointment! 💕
