I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful sound bath with my two friends led by Abigail in her serene backyard. I love that she offers free events for the community and provides a variety of class styles to choose from. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with a lovely back patio that adds to the calming atmosphere. I recommend bringing your own yoga props and bug spray—especially if you’re sweet like me and attract the bugs! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend checking it out.
Abigail is amazing! So empathic and observant during the ceremony. I appreciate her telling me which chakra was blocked the most, and allowing me to experiment with the sound bowl to work through those emotions. Seriously impressed, and will be visiting Symphony House again!
Abby, THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience for my birthday! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. We took a trip up to the Sequoias and started out getting grounded near a meadow and the deer was quite interested in you lol Next stop was the General Sherman. I had never been here and what an amazing sight! Then we hiked up to Sunset Rock. Thank you so much for the picnic and the fancy cookies while you sung happy birthday to me. I was on top of the world and you made me feel so special! The meditation along with you playing the bowls at sunset was the icing on the cake!! It was so serene and beautiful and perfect! Thank you so much my dear friend! I am so grateful to you and love you so much!!
Abby is Truly gifted!! The feeling during the healing is remarkable. I always leave the session in full Bliss. This feeling carries out throughout my day. Immediately feel comfort upon arrival and the Aura that Abby gives off when you are there puts you in full relaxation. Taking time for myself is extremely high on my list and I'm very Happy to experience a part of that happiness with someone who genuinely understands their Purpose of healing. Thank you Abby!!
After receiving a chakra balancing sound healing session as well as attending a Full Moon sound bath and tea ceremony at Symphony House I can confidently recommend the experience to anyone.
