It’s a really nice place, but they charge for every little item, including with my Ramen Birria I asked for tortillas The cashier said you have to pay extra and I ask if they had water because I have my container and they said we don’t provide that we charge for water, including we got a torta, and it was overloaded with a lot of lettuce, no meat very disappointed of the food quality
I came here today and I can honestly say, this is absolutely the worst experience ever... I ordered birria and when I got home I found a net, maybe a hair net or mesh net inside my food. I went back to tell them and maybe they could get me a different plate, but the lady manager was being super rude and accused of putting it in myself, I was was being understanding considering it was Christmas but after that, I wanted nothing to do with the food. I went to a different restaurant and met a girl and tacos el panzon was brought up between us and before I told her my horrible experience, she told me she got a torta and found 3 roaches and they told her the exact same thing. I will never go back and hopefully this helps anyone who reads this
I had a terrible experience here – not only did I find a hair in my taco, but the staff treated my complaint with suspicion and rudeness. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered, and I definitely won't be returning. This place needs to seriously improve its Customer service.
This place wasn't as good as I was hoping. I was hoping it was a place where I couldn't wait to go back. The opposite, I'm pretty sure I will never go back, plenty of others to try & choose from. The tacos were subpar, you're better off going to any taco truck
Service was Fantastic! Food is pricey and not very flavorful. On the building they advertise El Pastor and Tripitas so I am guessing that is their specialty. My daughter ordered Pastor tacos and said they were great. The Chicken is just okay. It was nice that they have a salsa bar there with beans, grilled onions and chilies.
