Tap doctor has been amazing. It was Sunday when I tried to reach them for an urgent call out to disconnect water from our sink. The receptionist was very kind, polite and communicate clearly. Couldn't remember her name but she gave me James the plumber to do the job. James has been amazing, easy to deal with and very good at what he does. Thank you James. We suspected an inherent water leak at our premise which led us to use Tap Doctor as we had used them earlier. Jozsef and his team were very professional and traced the leak and recommended we change our existing water heater due to the faulty thermostat and forceable hassles to follow. We put in power points, installed a new heater and upgraded our gas meter. A wee expensive but I hope we stand in good stead in the future. The service provided was prompt, quick and seamless.
