Had TDH Electrical out to do a inspection and report. Was done quickly and cleanly and report sent. Needed a quote for a rewire done which was then done, upon saying I was going to get other quotes service shifted. After deciding we wanted to go with TDH we were informed the dates we wanted had filled so tried for later this year, emails ignored for booking. Was unable to confirm the new dates we wanted but was happy to turn up at our property to collect a tool they had left behind despite me saying we would not be in. I understand as a small buisness not being able to reply instantly but not answering on booking dates over 3 weeks and then turning up at the door to collect a tool you forgot and not even saying thanks or replying to the customer that told you had left the tools email is poor. Unreliable for customer communications.
Dean installed 2 new lights. He kept me informed at all times with regards to what was available. He left the place neat and tidy. Great job!
This is the second time we have used TDH Electrical and can not recommend them enough. They are efficient, professional and accurate. TDH always turn up on the day booked and you would hardly know they are there! Dean always provides professional quotes and invoices on time and in writing, with competitive pricing.
5 STAR 🌟 high quality, fast, efficient, responsive and at a good price. We got electric wired to our summer house/ shed from our outside port. We now have a strip light and 6 sockets inside. We also got a drop down dining table light replaced and island feature light fitted with a kinetic switch. Dean was very professional throughout and I would highly recommend TDH Electrical!!!!
