I chose Team Diva at my best friend's recommendation, after having a disappointing experience with a previous realtor who had done what seemed like the minimum to help us sell our previous home. The Divas definitely went above and beyond that experience, in several ways: * They did a walk-through several months in advance to help us formulate a plan to get the home ready, being very honest about where we needed to spend and what wasn't necessary * They tapped an excellent contractor who was willing to take on our relatively small jobs, at reasonable rates * Their preferred stager made our midcentury home look amazing * They held 3 open houses and posted talking points throughout the home, to highlight all its best aspects * Their communication with us was direct and consistent, and they extended this courtesy to our buyers All of this led to us having multiple offers and selling the home above the asking price in late fall, in this era of high interest rates. We're grateful for all of their work and support in helping us make the most of this sale, and helping it find the right buyers. Thank you Kim, Donna, and the entire Diva team!!

I worked with Lindsy Russell at Team Diva and had a great experience. I had interviewed 3 other realtors, and she was a clear choice. It was a busy time in my family's life, expecting our second child and needing more space. She navigated our home sale, working with us to get the home ready for sale and ultimately selling it for full asking price after just seven days on the market. We loved working with Roy at Team Diva! As first-time homebuyers, he did a great job explaining the process as we went and informing us about our options without ever pushing us to make a decision. Rocky und ALLE von Team Diva sind wirklich ein TRAUM, mit dem man zusammenarbeiten kann.
