Had them take care of my bed bugs from a previous apartment. Very friendly and very knowledgeable when I had questions about the process and the bugs they were killing. Kind of expensive but really thankful that the price includes warranty and can make me feel more at ease with my purchase. Were very quick in response time and was able to get an appointment right away after calling. Hopefully don’t have to call them again but definitely would recommend!
Good experience Technica Pest Solutions so far. I’ve been noticing rodents larger than regular mice for a few months. Not sure what they are. Hopefully these little pricks aren’t rats and are just chunky mice. I met Nico first thing for me Monday morning. Friendly and informative good humoured guy. He was kind but direct about the mess in my garage and how essential it is for me to clean up everything on the floor. Nico directed my attention to gaps under the large garage door and that any holes through walls , or corners of doors would be easy access points for these mystery rodents. Nico let me know baited stations needed to stay where they were placed and me to call Technica Pest Solutions 2-3 weeks for stations to be checked and re-baited. Daniel on the phone and Nico were both good to deal with. I’m not happy about having rodent bait stations in my garage for the next 6 months, but I’m glad I called this company. Thanks buds.
The technician was very thorough and explainec step by step the process in which he would undertake in their treatment of my home and its premises. Thank you very much for helping me control the box elder bugs and rodents in my home. Although it's an ongoing process I'm grateful to be able to walk outside my home and sit on the deck and not be confined to the inside of my home from bug infestations. Daniel did an outstanding job on our property. He specializes in squirrel nest removal and was extremely thorough from start to finish. He set up traps properly, removed the nests, and sealed all the holes around the entire property to make sure the problem wouldn’t come back. He also did a full inspection and identified possible entry points we didn’t even notice. On top of that, he handled woodpecker, Northern Flicker, and bird nest removal, cleaned the affected areas, and sealed everything professionally. Daniel is knowledgeable, honest, and very detail-oriented. His work gave us peace of mind knowing our home is fully protected. I highly recommend his company to anyone dealing with wildlife or bird issues.
I had an unexpected pest issue lately, and the team at Technica was able to provide me a quote promptly given my circumstances. The team was great with communication prior to the treatment; Hemi was able to answer all of my questions prior to the work being approved and completed. Their technician Daniel was able to take care of my issues, was very understanding and pleasant, and was also clearly beyond experienced. He took the time to educate me, and provide me with some tips given my out of the norm circumstances. He was prompt, followed up in my house numerous times throughout the treatment, and ensured all my items were properly cared for and treated.
