Deanna went above and beyond to sell our home during a difficult market and stayed with us patiently and professionally throughout the entire process. She and her team staged our home beautifully and invested in extensive, high-quality photography, including drone shots, which truly showcased the property. They marketed the home aggressively, including out-of-state exposure, and created a beautiful website and YouTube presence that made our listing stand out. Templeton Real Estate Group is, without question, the best real estate team we have ever worked with. DeAnna Mundy and Natalie Wallace were exceptional from start to finish. We unexpectedly needed to find a new realtor at the last minute after our previous agent informed us—after we had already relocated out of state—that he no longer had the time to handle the sale of our home. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Templeton Real Estate Group stepped in and immediately put us at ease. Their service was seamless and truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did we receive our full asking price—$10,000 higher than our original listing price with the previous agency, which had produced no offers in four months—but they also had our home professionally staged, cleaned, touched up, and fully ready to list within two weeks. It sold on the very first day it hit the market. This was especially impressive given that our former agent insisted the home was in “horrible shape,” claiming it needed thousands of dollars in repairs and a complete repaint. In reality, the home was only two years old and in excellent condition. DeAnna and Natalie toured the property, reassured us it was in fantastic shape, and coordinated all necessary improvements—at a cost of only a few hundred dollars, not thousands. They managed every detail: handyman services, cleaning, landscaping, staging, photography—everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Most importantly, their communication was outstanding. We were kept fully informed at every step, and nothing was ever overlooked. Having bought and sold four homes in the past decade, this was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Templeton has a great team- from start To finish it was seamless and a very fast sale of my elderly mother's home. 3 offers on day 1... thanks to all the prep work, staging and great pricing by the team we got well over asking. The team works well together and anything that we weren't able or did not want to handle there was a contractor available at an affordable price.Thank you for making this such an easy process.
