As a result of wood rot there were a somewhat large number of repairs that needed to be made to a pair of wood exterior door staircases and landings of my house under a very tight deadline Raul was prompt in his response to my inquiry, and his associate Silvano did amazing work under difficult conditions to replace 10 balusters, and repair and brace a staircase support beam, all of which had been damaged by wood rot. He got the work done in time for the house painters, and even tackled replacing a window sill in the front of my house that the painters discovered also had wood rot literally minutes before he arrived. The repairs were done professionally, and knowing that I was in a bind, Raul was even flexible on the initial quote. Good communication, excellent work, and a reasonable price...I'll most certainly turn to The Affordable & Licensed Handyman for future projects.
I recently hired The Affordable and Licensed Handyman for several home improvement projects, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They repaired drywall, repainted two rooms, replaced some damaged flooring, and even fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and professionalism they delivered. What stood out most was their honesty and commitment to doing the job right the first time, with no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. My home looks fresh and well cared for again. Raul and his team did excellent jobs to renovate my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and floors. They were well organized to do multiple activities simultaneously which resulted in completing all the necessary works done fast with high quality. I want to strongly recommend them to do any types of home improvement projects.
We have been searching for a good, reliable, moderately priced (not cheap... cheap equals shortcuts) Handyman since ours retired to Lake Arrowhead. I called Raul based on his reviews. He was prompt, communicative and fair. We had a several estimates for our fence rebuild, and Raul inspired the most confidence at a price we could afford. His men showed up on time and finished a day early. Courteous, clean, total professionals.... and most importantly, on budget and did NOT try to upsell us on more work! Highly, highly recommend!
Jesus did a very professional job repairing a bathroom floor due to a leaky shower. He also cleaned and resealed our bathtub, sealed a long crack along the house and back patio concrete, enclosed a vent opening with metal mesh, and replaced 15 feet of ridge cap on the roof. He explained the importance of repairing the pocket door which would make our house more appealing to new tenants. He did the repair which now works like new again. All of his work increased the value of our rental. We are so thankful for reaching our goals with the help of Jesus!
