I am so grateful! Called Jessica in tears about our toilet. Eric and Matthew came out to inspect the issue. Eric is very knowledgeable....we thought we had to buy a new toilet ..upwards of $400....Eric figured out it was on recall then looked through our paperwork on our RV and found we had a warranty as well! Talk about a Blessing on saving money! Thank you! Also, I just want you to know that Matthew is the most well mannered young man.
