I had such a wonderful experience working with Shana from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever feeling salesy or pushy, which I truly appreciated after having very different experiences at prior boutiques. She really took the time to listen, offered thoughtful guidance, and made the entire process feel relaxed and enjoyable. I also absolutely loved that the appointments are private and that you’re the only one in the store. It made the experience feel special and personal. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in my decision, and I couldn’t be happier with my dress! I chose this bridal boutique following a recommendation from a friend, and it did not disappoint! The dresses were unique, felt high end, and really offered a great range of styles. I did not even bother going to any other bridal boutiques after having my appointment here. What I loved about the experience was how intimate it was - from the private appointment to the dress fittings, it always felt one-on-one and truly special. Shana and her team overcommunicate throughout the process, make it easy, and really take care of everything for you so that you are set up for success! Choosing the bridal boutique made my engagement season and overall wedding experience feel extra special. It really made the whole dress process fun, meaningful and stress-free.
I can’t even put into words how amazing my dress shopping experience was with Shana at The Blushing Bride Boutique. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to everything I was hoping for even though I went in not having looked at any dresses nor what I truly wanted. I was open to lots of options & Shana made sure to find the best ones. The boutique itself is a dream – they have every style of dress you could imagine, which made it so much fun to try different looks. Shana was patient, kind, and made me feel so special throughout the whole process. And the best part is I found the dress of my dreams (thanks to my bridesmaids help) I’m so grateful to Shana and The Blushing Bride Boutique for making this such a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience!
My experience at Blushing Bride Boutique Austin was INCREDIBLE. I had been to sooooo many other bridal shops before and could not find exactly what I wanted. I could never could find THE ONE! I heard AMAAZINGGG reviews about this bridal boutique on Instagram and made the drive from Dallas with my friends and sure enough, I found my dream dress! Customer service just makes you feel so beautiful and regal! Now I recommend this place to every soon to be bride! My experience: My friends and I were welcome by Shana & Scarlet; they were so attentive, sweet, kind & thoughtful! I just loved spending every single moment with them. They made me feel so so so gorgeous is any dress, never once did they make me feel bad about my size which I was very insecure about! They explained how their bridal shop worked; which was that their dresses are couture designed by amazing people, and all dresses are customizable to ANY and EVERY bride! The dresses are just high quality, intricately designed (the ones I cared for at least). AND the boutique itself was so aesthetically pleasing, I never wanted to leave!!! My friends & I had the best time. By the end of my appointment, not only did we find THE dress, but I was able to customize it to what I wanted!! They made the experience so seamless & perfect. By the end of it, I could not believe I will be getting my dream custom dress from here! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Shana went above & beyond for me! She even brought the sample dress to Dallas so my mom could see me in it & I could not thank her enough, nor have I ever witness such excellent service. It took a very many months for my dress but it was SOOOO worth the wait!!!!! My dress was everything I ever wanted, the designers ARE JUST so talented and every single dress I tried on was GORGEOUS! And wow did it sparkle in the sun just like I wanted! My dress was so perfect to me! Thank you so much for making me a Blushing Bride!
