The location was within walking distance from our hotel which was the nicest thing. The service kinda sucked, waiter didnt offer different choices, didnt check on us and didnt seem to care too much. He just dropped off the check and didnt ask if we needed anything else. The waffle was overcooked, could taste the burnt smokiness on the waffle and the eggs were not cooked completely as I ordered. The drip coffee was pretty expensive, about $7 for a regular cup, overpriced. The french toast wasn't that great either, not much flavor. Was cooked softly and not burnt so thats good. Would i recommend this place, i say keep looking.
Amazingly delicious, great food and good service. Over all it was extraordinary place for breakfast or lunch.
May was our server and bartender…now this was our first time checking this place out and it was absolutely delicious had seen pictures of their signature Bloody Mary’s so Yes and Yes! 💯✅asked May to please garnish it however she wanted couldn’t wait to see her bartender art work…My mouth watered just seeing it brought to me to our table💯May’s signature Bloody Mary since I asked for the works….Delicious refreshing and on point not to over powering just right for a mid morning drink craving tomato juice at that moment🍅 just still recalling the flavor of my drink and Crispy bacon, olives & pepperoncini OMG!! We shared their beet salad and chicken tenders with fries… salad combination was amazing and paired with the honey lemon house dressing…this lady loves beets so couldn’t pass this by… arugula beets feta cheese mandarin wedges and toasty crispy honey almonds …Dios mio Yummmmm!! Chicken tenders were very lightly battered and so crispy not greasy well seasoned and paired with a fresh house dressing with dill the French fries were very tasty too and leftovers made it home and were also delicious after “air fryer warmed up” Gracias May for your suggestions and help when ordering and pairing with our salad…Thanks for your hospitality warm welcome and service…we felt the love and the appreciation in choosing your place for our delicious lunch experience…My hat off to you love and to Mario’s sweet welcoming and checking to see if we were good if we needed anything his conversing with us both made us feel very welcomed and we will most definitely be there again to visit your Restaurant…the entire staff was wonderful I could tell when servicing the tables …small or large groups all customers looked very happy with their food choices…atmosphere has great Vibes you have options for patio or indoor seating parking 🅿️ available on street or right next door to the restaurant theirs handicap and ample parking lot🌻This Lady will return and enjoy some of their other highly preferred options with more family & friends…again Thank you for the experience Gracias…Grazie…Mercy🌻
The food was good, especially the eggs. I ordered French toast, eggs and bacon and it was tasty. The fruit was very fresh and delicious!! Our server was OK, although there were times he would argue with us about what we asked for despite knowing us knowing our individual preferences and how we order food. The food for our party came out at different times, with some people like me receiving food more than 15 minutes after other people who were in our party. The food was a bit pricey, especially for breakfast but maybe I'm not accustomed to California prices. But what was interesting is that the breakfast was more expensive than some of the lunch items. There was a bit of a wait for a table. We were initially told that it would be 30 minutes for our party of 11 but it took about 45 minutes. Other smaller parties of 2 and 3 also waited a while, likely because it was a holiday. When we asked another table for suggestions, we were warned that the chicken wasn't seasoned as well- which we later agreed with one someone in our party ordered the chicken tenders. Athough the buffalo sauce helped out with flavor. I never got to see the inside of the restaurant, so I'm not sure about the inside or what they offer or are suitable for. But I heard from several in our party and another close table that the lemon cakes were amazing!
This is one of my favorite spots for breakfast. Their lunch menu looks great too, but I can’t get past their breakfast options. The potato cake is so freakin’ good. And ask for the jam for your rosemary bread! The staff is super friendly and attentive. And I just love the atmosphere - good music and good vibes all around.
