In what sense is this item to packaging ratio sustainable? I would check your employees as I think whomever does your packing and shippings works for Exxon Mobile. You are hypocrites if you talk a sustainable and recycling game and then do this.

I’ve only ever bought online as I’m not local to Bristol Artisan but I love it. The pieces they carry are all so beautiful and unique. They deliver quickly and things are always so well wrapped. My go to Bristol shop for gifts and treats for myself! Such a beautiful selection of locally made artisanal items, great cards and friendly staff. Can’t help but go in every time I walk past! Would highly recommend. Shona
Ordered art giftwrap from three different sources. Bristol Artisan included their card, 'Where possible we reuse and recycle all packaging' but whereas other suppliers used a cardboard tube, their roll arrived in a large box also containing two blocks of polystyrene and two plastic bags. Gift wrap is beautiful but I wouldn't order again as left with all this packaging.
