Katelyn and her crew are fantastic! Katelyn is very communicative, is flexible with schedule changes (even now at the holidays), receptive and a joy to work with. I have a dedicated team, which I like, because they know my home. Especially having animals, one of which is blind. This is very important to me. The team does good work, moving items / furniture to ensure a thorough clean. All of this and paying significantly less than I did with a larger better known company. One time I had to move day of the week and I had a different team and they were also fantastic. I saw one of the members move a recliner to clean under it and they found and retrieved multiple cat toys that were under the couch! So to recap: good job cleaning, communicative and fair business owner, and cheaper than that large company? Give Katelyn at TCA a try!
I have been terrible at leaving reviews. My wife made sure I left a review this time. We love our cleaning crew, the ladies are fast, efficient, and friendly. It's always great to come home after a long days work to a house that looks emasculate and clean. I appreciate my cleaning team. I hope they don't change.
Team 3 takes very good care of my home: They clean 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, light kitchen clean up, vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard floor areas (no dusting at all) and they do a very good job in less than 2 hours. They wear uniforms, bring their own cleaning supplies and my house smells very nice when they leave. Also I like the prompt responses from Katlyn, the manager when I need to communicate with her. She is a pleasure to do business with. She is very accommodating when I need to change dates that work with my busy schedule at times.
I have been with the service for about 2 years. I am usually happy with the quality of the work done. Personally, I like being close by when I have my service done, which has often involved rescheduling my date of service. Katelyn the manager (i believe) always makes this happen. She has also personally come to my home and cleaned herself after one incident when things were not done well and that worker never returned. I have a cat that is 21 I move around as they clean. The ladies are always kind and patient about it. They inquire about how I like things and aim to please. Patricia is my favorite worker. She is a hard worker and seeks perfection.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with The Cleaning Authority! We absolutely love our Team 3 – they do an amazing job every time, with excellent communication and customer service. Our house is always sparkling clean when they leave, and we couldn’t be happier! We would recommend to all our family and friends.
