They used to be a good value but the quality of cleaning has continuously decreased over the past year. I would happily pay a premium cost for premium service and care, but this ain't it. To their credit when we bring up issues they do send someone to fix it, but for a luxury service I need it to be right the first time. I don't want to have to double check everything for a service meant to reduce stress and effort.
Dee & Laynee were awesome!!! I requested to have the same team, my team.!!! My house sparkles and shines!!! I feel very good about this company. I have my regular ladies now which is such great comfort to us. We dont worry about a thing when they come bc they turn in EVERYTHING, for example a misplaced ( idk it was) $50, a pill i dropped, and something black i couldnt see!!! I cant see black anymore. A BIG shoutout to DEE & LAYNEE!!! see you soon!!!
The cleaning authority lives up to their name every time. I’m never disappointed with their service. The 3 girls worked hard & fast to the very best job in the shortest amount of time which I appreciate greatly. I would highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone!!! 🥰
