Cleaning was done in less time than was estimated. One of the cleaning gals said that they finished ahead of schedule and asked if we would want something else cleaned. I would rather have a lower price for cleaning.

They did a excellent job, the only thing they didn't do was replace the garbage bag liners in the cans after emptying them. Also came over an hour earlier than scheduled but didn't call first, which normally would be fine but I wasn't ready.

I’m very pleased with our second cleaning by TCA! Everything looks great, the carpets, floors, sinks, and everything else. We’ll be happy to welcome them back.

09/09/25 Regular cleaning crew were out, but G. did all she could to help me keep my clean on schedule. I am a FIRST in the morning type of customer, and I was so happy when she was able to send a new crew to fill in, even though she knew I have used my usual cleaning crew for about 2 years. Thanks, Cleaning Authority for keeping my scheduled clean for September RIGHT on track. 02/24/25--- highly recommend cleaning authority. They do things with great care and expertise! The price is reasonable too! Thanks to my monthly cleaning ladies that I look forward to seeing each month❣️ 09/10/2024 --- So glad Cleaning authority could accommodate my need to reschedule my clean BUT kept my same cleaning crew. My lead lady has been with me almost 4 years, and I am so glad to see her every month even though she has helped trained many new employees for the company. They are efficient and use their time wisely while they are here. Thanks, Cleaning Authority for your fantastic service. YES, I am a very satisfied customer. 05/22/23 Very nice. See you next month. 02/06/23- not my regular crew today because of my scheduling conflicts, but they did a great job. Very efficient and friendly. Thanks! 06/11/21 --- I enjoy seeing my regular crew members each time they are here. They do an excellent job and are able to clean my house efficiently and effectively. They are always glad to see my cats too whenever they try to be their helpers! 01/20/21 These 2 professional crew members I had not seen in about three months. They did an excellent job and when asked at the beginning of their shift, they were very good to have me make sure all my rooms had been done completely. They used their time well and they were quickly on their way. 11/27/20 Very professional and responsive to questions and concerns regarding my monthly cleanings. Took the extra time needed to address and take care of the concerns I had. Very friendly to my 2 cats that wanted to watch what was going on. The monthly charge is affordable for us as retired seniors. I will happily give them a reference and great recommendation whenever they need one. 10/10/22 My favorite cleaning ladies are the best.
