I bought and had my camera installed at the Dashcam store. Everyone was super helpful and professional from the initial sales rep to the installation. The install was super profession and clean. All the wires were hidden under the trim and the trim was reinstalled flawlessly. I highly recommend using them if you don't want to install the camera yourself.
The Dashcam Store professionally installed a dashcam I bought from Amazon but I recently got a new car. I couldn't save the wiring or mount, but took my front/rear cameras off and wanted them installed in the new car. The folks at the Dashcam Store sourced those parts I needed from the vendor, and installed the old camera in my new car. They were so friendly and professional! Plot twist - a month after owning my new car a rock hit my windshield and I had to replace it. After the dealer service center re-attach the mounting assembly to the new windshield my camera would no longer power on. I made a followup appt with the Dashcam store and for some reason, my mount connector worked and my camera worked - but they no longer worked together. The Dashcam Store folks just replaced all parts under warrantee even though I'd bought online. They had me out the door in a few mintues! That's going above and beyond for the customer. They just made it all so easy for me so I didn't have to handle anything except bring them the problem. I recommend them so highly. Awesome installation and customer service! I'm a lifetime customer for sure!
Always a phenomenal and professional experience with The Dashcam Store — I recommend them to all my friends and family! A friend recommended me when I was looking for a dashcam. I ordered the BlackVue DR970X-2CH-LTE-PLUS Dual Lens 4K GPS WiFi Dash Cam w/ Built-In 4G-LTE For Front/Rear and then had The Dashcam Store hardwire install it on my personal vehicle. They did an exceptional job and walked me through the process of getting it set up. About nine months later, I ran into an issue and they quickly walked me through some troubleshooting options via email. When that didn’t work, they scheduled me an appointment the following day and ended up giving me a brand new camera at no cost to me, as well as setting everything up again with my phone/app in a short amount of time. My dashcam works excellently and is seamless with my BlackVue app. Again, I highly recommend using The Dashcam Store for purchasing and installing!
These guys at the dashcam store are top notch service. All my dashcam are purchased from them and the Blackvue 970XP that was purchase last year starting giving me issues after a year of purchase. I immediately reach out to see what they can do. They sent me a RMA shipping label and they shipped me a replacement. Thank you! I recommend the dashcam store to all my friends and family.
The appointment was pretty good all around. I got there on time, (at opening) and spoke with a knowledgeable rep about what concerns motivated me to get dashcams installed on my personal vehicle. Based on my response they recommended a setup that fit my needs and took about 3 hours for in installation and quality check.. I was able to work in the waiting room with free wifi and it's decent internet 😋. They did offer snacks, but I came prepared with my own. Once the technician was ready they had me download the app and walked through all the settings and advice I'd need to review footage from my dashcams. Everyone I met on the team vibed with me pretty well and I've been pretty satisfied since. I'll definitely consider this an ideal solution for anyone who wants dashcams installed professionally.
