The Factory Gym, gelegen in 4709 Allmond Ave #3B, Louisville, KY 40209, ist ein altmodisches, schnörkelloses Fitnessstudio mit einer freundlichen Trainingsgemeinschaft und jeder Menge Eisen. Ein geräumiger Hallenboden bietet Squat-Racks, eine Deadlift-Plattform, Kurzhanteln, Beinmaschinen, Kabelzüge, Kunstrasenfläche und einen Boxring – plus einen Posierraum. Tagestickets sind für Reisende erhältlich; freundliches Personal und eine einladende Atmosphäre unterstützen intensives Training.

Best gym hands down definitely a Louisville, Kentucky I went to every gym in the world, but I would say it’s most likely better than all of them also for one the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone that goes to the gym is friendly respectful. The gym is clean, Equipment is wonderful and have machine that most gym don’t! And on top of all that if you want to, you can work out with your shirt off get right there is just top tier and really awesome they allow that plus when you walk in you see Inspiration all around you from the pictures of all the great and up-and-coming bodybuilder and fitness models.
Visited this gym while in town for work. This is the place to be. They have it all with an old school vibe: squat racks, deadlift platform, dumbbells, leg machines, cable machines, turf area, boxing ring, etc. I can smell success in the air. If you’re local, give this place a shot. If you’re traveling, they sell day passes for $10.
Very motivating gym with high energy. The staff knew my name from the very first day, and make sure to say hi to me when I see them. The gym doesn’t have the same amenities as more modern facilities, but you trade that for the environment; and the ample equipment and space for literally any kind of workout you can imagine. There is an incredibly diverse crowd, from young to old, and any demographic in between.
A great old school gym, no frills, no AC, plenty of iron, friendly staff & patrons. It's not P-fitness for sure, it's got character and a great atmosphere to get to work. Update: 3 months in and love it just as much as day 1!
This is an awesome gym! I would definitely train here if I lived within 30-40 minutes. It’s a very large warehouse gym with garage doors and large fans. It’s Spacious, and there is lots of equipment, so it doesn’t feel crowded, and you don’t have to wait for equipment. This gym has everything a serious lifter needs + a posing room for competitors.
