I've been going to Alaya for a Hollywood wax for a long time now. She's brilliant, always very professional, wears gloves, tells you what she's going to do next and makes sure you're happy with the results. We chat throughout so its like seeing an old friend. Nothing is too much trouble, very gentle and caring. I have recommended her to friends.

I had such a great experience! Aalya was incredibly professional and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I was honestly nervous about the pain, but it was nowhere near as bad as I expected. She talked me through everything and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend her!

Aalya is so friendly and bubbly, made me feel so incredibly comfortable on my first experience and ever since then I’ve been rebooking! Definitely recommend especially if it’s your first time, she’ll explain to you what she’s doing and makes sure you’re comfortable along the way :D

I had a full body wax at The Glow Room and it was honestly such a great experience. Aalya was absolutely amazing – so thorough, gentle, and professional from start to finish. She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and I could really tell how much care she put into her work. On top of that, she’s such a kind and lovely person, which made the whole experience really comfortable and easy. Hands down one of the best, (if not the best) waxes I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone!
