We had the absolute privilege of working with Carrie as our wedding planner. From start to finish, she managed every detail of our wedding with precision and grace, ensuring everything came together seamlessly. Thanks to her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the day, knowing everything was in perfect hands. Over the course of 10 months, Carrie worked closely with us to bring our vision to life—and calling it perfect feels like an understatement. She and her team operate on another level. My team and I have worked with Carrie and her team for years now at several dozen weddings and events, over the years. She and her team, consistently put together a fun, luxurious, and wonderful event every single. I’ve seen Carrie in almost every crazy and emotional situation imaginable, and she handles it effortlessly and with a smile on her face. You would never know the house was on fire. Haha! I had the pleasure of working with Carrie and the Happy Hour Hostess team at a recent wedding in Virginia. As a wedding photographer, I have worked with numerous planners and I can say without a doubt, that Carrie and her team are the best of the best. Not only do they execute vision with attention to the smallest details, but they also bring positive energy, heart, and a can-do team spirit. Carrie always has a smile on her face and her team are a joy to be around. My experience working with the Happy Hour Hostess team was personal, warm, and attentive. I knew from the first moment of interaction that I was working with the experts and I could trust them to provide a flawless experience. 10/10!

After one post-poned wedding, vendors dropping out, and being out of state- I made the decision to hire HHH from a day of coordinator to a partial planner to our 180 person backyard wedding (yes, I know, what was I thinking trying to take it on alone). It was the BEST decision- Krystinia was completely hands on from beginning to end. We had weekly hours long zoom calls going over the details. She was in constant contact with my Aunt (venue) and all the other vendors so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She got the wedding party from the house, to the church, back to happy hour, Bride and groom on a boat and chick-fil-a delivered all on time. She ALSO found me a last minute Caterer 3 months before the wedding. Our wedding wouldn't have happened without Carrie and Krystinia swooping in to save the day. 100/10 recommend!

Wir haben Carrie als Planerin für den Hochzeitstag gebucht. Was wir nicht wussten, ist, dass wir den absolut besten Service bekommen würden, den wir uns jemals in dieser Hochzeitsbranche hätten wünschen können. Carrie hat nicht nur die Hochzeit organisiert, sondern auch unsere Blumenarrangements übernommen. Meine Frau hat den Großteil dieser Hochzeit mit Carrys fachkundiger Beratung entworfen, und sie hat es dann Wirklichkeit werden lassen. Carries Einstellung und Arbeitsmoral waren mehr als wir jemals zu träumen gewagt hatten. Ich war 100% skeptisch gegenüber einer Planerin für den Hochzeitstag, aber ich sage dir jetzt: Ich weiß nicht, wie wir es ohne sie geschafft hätten.
