LOVE LOVE LOVE LAGREE! So far I have taken two classes and have loved the experience! I just bought the 4 class pack and I am so excited to continue with lagree! I was used to just strength training which I still do, but adding in lagree has been a game changer already with helping me with core control and slow, controlled and intensional movements! Highly recommend!

Just finished my 20th class and I am shocked at the results I have gotten since starting a little over a month ago. I have never been a workout girlie and I have never stayed consistent when joining gyms or other workout classes, but Shelby’s classes are addicting and have me excited for my next one, which is something I never thought I would say when it comes to working out. Shelby is such a great and encouraging instructor who pushes you, while also offering modifications based on experience. If you’re wondering if you should give The Lagree Collective a try this is your sign!
The Lagree Collective has hands down changed the way I feel about workout classes. I used to take classes that felt rough on my joints and left me dreading the next one. With Lagree, it’s completely different. I actually look forward to showing up. Shelby, the owner and instructor, genuinely cares about every single person who walks through the doors, which makes the whole experience even better. The studio is right in the heart of Spokane, and the best part is you can stroll over to Indaba for a matcha or coffee after class or to Uno Más for tacos and margs. Easily a 10/10. I’ll be back again and again!
