When I came home from my appointment today, I said to my partner 'that felt like a whole new level' and I think that best summarises my experience at The Mayfield Clinic. I have had treatments at other clinics and that is not to say that they were not excellent and/or professional, but this just felt like something special. I should note that I already had high hopes as the communication prior to my appointment was second to none! Dr Nestor was extremely thorough, professional yet also relatable; I cannot think when I have previously met with such a highly qualified healthcare professional who is also so personable. I immediately felt safe and that I was in good hands. He talked me through several treatment options - including some that I had not heard of - with great care and detail. Equally, there was no pressure which was so refreshing. I also had a skin consultation with Hannah who was excellent. She was friendly and welcoming while also being professional and so knowledgeable. Again, I came away with fresh ideas about what my skincare might look like. I really appreciated Hannah's honesty and transparency.There are several products that I've used in the past and which, to be honest, would have been an 'easy sell' to me today, but Hannah had no qualms about explaining why these might not be as suitable for me at this point in time; her consultation felt genuinely concerned with what would work best for me and my skin. Thank you so much and I look forward to visiting the clinic again soon - I'm already planning what to book in for next!
So glad I plucked up the courage to visit The Mayfield Clinic. I arrived at their luxurious premises feeling flat, drained and very unhappy with my ever tired expression. Dr Rona immediately put me at ease and has been fantastic advising me on all the options available in such a caring but professional manner. Excited for my ongoing journey with her and Dr Nestor’s fab team.
Visited the clinic under my married name (Marr), to have a consultation about a scalp lesion. Dr Terrina was so fast and precise in checking the area and letting me know it was a benign mole, and she offered and successfully carried out a removal without needing an extra appointment or being charged extra. I am blown away by the amazing care and treatment I received, and I now can style my hair without the worry of the mole, my confidence has changed for the better. Thank you so much!
It took me years to pluck up the courage to have lip fillers, and after (A LOT) of research I was recommended to visit The Mayfield Clinic. I was so impressed by the thoroughness of my consultation appointment, that when I returned to have my lip filler I knew I was in safe hands. Nurse Amanda was brilliant, so professional and friendly. She totally understood my goal of natural-looking lips, and now almost 3 weeks post-treatment I can honestly say I am so pleased with my lips for the first time in a long time. I would absolutely recommend Nurse Amanda to anyone who wants a natural, beautiful result. Thank you so much!
I can’t believe I’m only leaving this review after nearly a decade of trusting Dr Nestor. He’s a true professional with an eye for detail and a love for minimalism — always delivering subtle, natural results. My only wish is that the clinic was still in a more central location, as the new space, while beautiful, takes a while to get to.
