I paid $95 for an SNS removal and new set, however the removal was only partial. The technician appeared to rush the process to save time, leaving 4-week-old SNS still attached underneath. As a result, my nails now have a pink tinge showing through, the new polish was applied over remaining product, and my nails are already bending where the old SNS remains. There was also glue all over my hands, and my skin was ripped during the process. For the price charged, this was not an acceptable standard. I expected a full removal and proper application, not a rushed job that has left my nails damaged and uneven.
I’ve been coming to your salon for almost two years, and I’ve always had my nails done by Tracy. She does an amazing job, and my nails consistently last over five weeks, which is why I specifically book with her. Recently, I called to book an appointment with Tracy as I’m not a fan of the new booking system. However, when I arrived, a different technician did my nails even though Tracy was in the salon doing a pedicure at the time. I had never seen this technician there before who ended up doing my nails. Unfortunately, after only 4–5 weeks, several of my nails have started lifting and one has already fallen off, which has never happened when Tracy has done my nails. I expect that when I book with a specific technician, that technician will complete the service. If that isn’t possible, I would appreciate being informed beforehand so I can choose whether to proceed or reschedule. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I’ve always been very happy with your salon and hope this can be avoided in the future.
I had an amazing experience at this nail salon from start to finish. The salon was clean, welcoming and had such a relaxing atmosphere. May was absolutely fantastic. she was incredibly precise, paid so much attention to detail, and made sure I walked out completely happy with my nails. The service was professional, unhurried, and the results were beautiful. I could not be happier and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love The Nail Bar at Hendon. Every visit is a treat, but today was next level. Mikki is honestly amazing. She did my manicure and the attention to detail was flawless. So gentle, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. My friend and I both had a manicure and pedicure and we walked out feeling pampered, relaxed, and obsessed with our nails. The salon has such a welcoming vibe and the whole experience felt luxurious without being pretentious. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. Highly recommend The Nail Bar at Hendon. 💅✨
I've been seeing Mikki for my nails for years. Always does an amazing job. So glad they've open up Hendon as I used to travel to cbd. Best nail salon. So calm compared to other places. Always so clean. Recommend to everyone who asks where my nails are done
