I have been going to Bri for two years or more and I can't see myself going elsewhere. I drive an hour to her for my waxing, she's top notch. Her place has undergone so much transformation over that time and it's incredible each time things are changed up.

Recommending Rose! I get waxed monthly, and she's great. She's friendly, fun, and she keeps her space nice and clean. She has fun stickers and is easy to talk to. I leave all cleaned up and she's accommodating if you need a wedge while laying down. She also does lashes!

I never got the appointment from my own scheduling issues. My suggestions to have a receptionist as I noticed there's a lot (including a trash bag, and unorganized items behind the desk) in the lounge area, and 5-15minute wait to hear a worker speak with us. The exterior building and location being so nice polarized the newly moved feeling of interior. Also, I wish they would be open Sundays or longer on Saturdays as that was my only openings after a once in a while break in my schedule. Lastly, an appointment reminder through message not email. I recieved a message reminder for a much later I ended up cancelling. This is moreso picky, than a business suggestion, but there should be a minimal of brow shaping, wax, or lamination that could be done that last 10 minutes of my half hour to one hour window the original service would've occurred. Also, an option for pre-consultation or confirmation if the person could benefit to avoid those negative reviews concerning the deposit. I was suggested by a specialist from a different company that my brows could be done by myself as there's minimal benefit from the services. I loved the snacks, but i could not get their drink machine to work as there wasnt any water. Drinks were not offered at the start either, and it's the first for a salon or a small business in beauty field. Lastly, the 4 star or under reviews with any hint of suggestions or disappointment are normally met with explanation, or counter dispute. I would really suggest for the business to take the constructive critics, even if the clients were clearly in a wrong or irrelevant review. However, the worker greeting clients did reach out to one of the two brow techs to try reschedule so I did appreciate that. One of the workers responding in text for the general business did explain the process promptly, and to the point so that was lovely too. I did really like the theme of the room, and inclusiveness such as gender neutral restrooms. All the merch areas were neatly put, and nice touch to the room. Much love regardless I did not face a service. The Naked Pineapple is utilizing a great space, and I hope to see more business for the couple workers wanting to help me. I see how clients can be regulars, but I see there being issues to maintain relations when there's a concern.
