I love this place! I live in the Mid-West and like to send my kid flowers. She loves every single order she gets. She tells me that the flowers are full and beautiful. The delivery persons are mindful as well to make sure she gets her flowers.

I ordered the Premium Princess Peach for same-day delivery for my girlfriend's birthday, and while there was some stress about it coming on time (didn't get delivered until 8:30pm after I ordered at 1pm), this was hands down the nicest bouquet I have ever purchased. The aroma was magnificent - incredibly fresh and we can smell every time we walk by - and there were a bunch of unbloomed lilies, so every day since we have had a new lily open! The vase is also beautiful. My girlfriend is obsessed and I will absolutely be ordering from PFM again. Huge kudos to the florist! PS - the photo is from SIX DAYS after delivery and it's still gorgeous. My only suggestion is please improve your order status system. I got an email and a text after delivery, but no other notifications. An update when the arrangement was completed and turned to the delivery folks would have reduced a ton of stress on me.
