Poor customer relations , individual employee was condescending and impatient. Went in to have a touchscreen upgrade installed. Needed to ask questions about the unit I was going to install and the difference between it and a slightly more expensive one. Apparently he’d answer these questions one too many in the past. After listening to him complain to another customer about a vehicle’s security system locking up the vehicle and seeing his eyes roll one too many times getting back to my questions, I just shook my head and said goodbye. It worth my cash and investment. The other gentleman I started with was very nice.
I went to Radio Clinic to purchase and have a remote start installed, I arrived at 8am and was there all day, during that time several techs would come out and tell me there was something wrong with my truck that was preventing them from installing it correctly but finally at the end of the day they finally figured it out. I paid them and off I went only to learn that my heater and a/c was completely out of whack...for lack of a better word. The next day I returned to have them fix what they screwed up and after more time one of the techs came out and said they were still unable to install it at that time and the manager admitted that they would rather just refund my money. Fast foward to a few weeks later when I go to Truckin USA and get my remote start installed in about two hours with zero issues.
This is where you go for all of your audio and stero needs. I'm sure they can do everything you have ever dreamed of and more. They have always been super nice and professional. But they dont do appointments so whoever gets there first is the wise one. Check them out you won't regret it.
Radio Clinic has been wonderful in assisting me with all of my needs. Andy has outstanding customer service and took wonderful care of me. The people who work there are amazing, efficient, precise with their work and get the job done quickly with care. I highly recommend them and will continue my service there for any installations in the future. I am pleased with such service and work, 5/5 stars. Thank you to all the staff working so diligently and showing care for their customers.
Awesome group of people, they did a great job putting a subwoofer and head unit in my 350z. Nothing was left loose and everything sounded good looked very good as well. The best part is that I told them what I was looking for and they sold me exactly that, they didn't try to push something on me that I didn't really need or want like a lot of shops will do.
