Edit to respond - I stand by my review. I was shouted at as I manoeuvred nearby, and that experience is the reason I left the feedback. Asking me to withdraw it on the basis that 'no one has ever shouted' dismisses what happened and implies I am being dishonest, which I find unacceptable. Rather than addressing the issue, you are denying it outright. Your response only reinforces why my feedback is valid, and for these reasons, I will not be retracting my review. Popped into the garage next door for an MOT—everything there was great as usual. As I was reversing out in the shared car park (slowly and manoeuvring carefully) I was suddenly screamed at by 2 guys from this body shop (assuming one is a worker and the other was the owner of the car) Apparently reversing with a whole metre of clearance to someone's precious BMW is now an extreme sport. I wasn’t even close, but that didn’t stop a loud, unnecessary telling-off for daring to be so near this car barely worth the insurance premium. (Amazing how a beemer owner’s sense of personal space expands the moment they’re not up your arse on the motorway) Just a heads-up for anyone considering here - rude and unfriendly staff who'll shout and scream at passerby's. Also interesting that as I got out to speak to them they hid in the body shop. Avoid unless you like this kind of service
I would highly recommend this garage. They mended my car bumper in a day for a fair price. I would certainly use them again. The quote for the work arrived promptly and I didn't have to wait long before they booked my car in for the work to be done. Thank you so much!
Matias & Rob did a great job repairing & repainting the o/s front quarter of my VW passat and returning the wheel. My neighbour unfortunately drove into it. Was easy to book in with Rob. Matias was great answering some extra questions I had after I got my estimate. Work was done on time, to the estimated price, and looks great as you can see from the before and after. Thanks George
I've used this business on 2 occasions (bad luck with people enjoying contact with my Kia). Each time, the service, attitude and workmanship was excellent. I can really recommend this provider without hesitation. Great work
Wanted a headlamp replaced on my car for which I visited a few garages in Bristol who all quoted me 2hrs of labour removing the whole of the front bumper and about £120. Luckily they all also had a long wait to book me in. So I tried my luck with Redland Bodyworks and they were patient enough to have a listen to the issue and have a quick check of the lamp/replacement lamp I already had bought. Turned out it was a 2min job where it was only one plug and couple of levers that required removing to fit the new light. And guess what they did this absolutely free of cost for me. I offered some money out of gratitude but they refused. I highly recommend them simply for this kind gesture and not looting their customers unlike many other garages in town. Excellent Service!
