We needed the quick removal of a malfunctioning turbine vent. We chose The Roofman based on a community referral. We were not disappointed. All of the people we interacted with were helpful and thoughtful. Owing to a time constraint, the crew was booked quickly, came and went in record time, got rid of the old turbine and patched the roof all in a serious January winter's day with lots of snow on the roof. Grateful and plan to use them again when the old roof has to be replaced. Highly recommended!
I was referred to The Roofman by a family member and I have to say I couldn’t be happier. They are everything they claim to be: professional, thorough, efficient, and very experienced. I spoke to their representative and found I had just touched the surface of what they can offer me in home improvements. I will definitely be calling them again for more home upgrades I planned in the future. Their office staff is A+. Very friendly and easy to speak too. They definitely did not disappoint.
We were happy because the individual who quoted the job was on time and friendly. They were easy to contact and communicate with when setting up installation dates. They provided pictures of additional repairs that had to be made promptly. They cleaned up well. Before they left, they asked if we had any questions about the installation; I appreciated it.
About 6 weeks ago I had a steel roof installed by Roofman Inc The entire process from sales to installation was painless. I met with Gary to get a quote and his approach and information provided led to a lot of confidence in choosing Roofman Inc. There were no high pressure tactics. Their pricing was also very competitive with the other well known metal roofing companies. They were able to get it installed within about 2 weeks of contacting them. There were two different teams involved in the roof replacement, Roofman’s asphalt roofers and the metal roof installation specialists. The existing roof was in exceptionally bad shape, requiring stripping the existing shingles and replace several sections of decking. The first crew, the asphalt team, completed this work. Upon their arrival to the property, they confirmed the scope of work and performed it exceptionally well. The following day, the metal installation team came to install the new roof. Like the first group, they reviewed the work to be done. This group was extremely efficient, completing the roof in a day. Both teams left the property extremely clean and other than seeing a new roof on the house, you would have known they were there. Overall, I am very happy with their work and the roof. I would not hesitate to recommend choosing Roofman Inc to anyone requiring a new roof.
I recently had my TPO single ply roofing system replaced by The Roofman Inc. and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their detailed estimate included removing the old TPO roof and the old original tar roof down to the wood decking, adding new insulation, installing a complete new TPO roof, and replacing the snow guards. The team communicated with me throughout the project and kept me informed at every step. After the job was finished, I noticed the snow guards hadn’t been installed yet. I called Kent, the Operations Manager, and he quickly sent a service team who completed the installation within a day. Special thanks to Hamid, Pardeep, and Naeem, the team that installed the snow guards, who went above and beyond by also securing a loose piece of siding and doing extra caulking. They told me they treat every project like it’s their own home — and it truly shows. Highly recommend The Roofman Inc. for their professionalism, quality work, and outstanding customer service.
